Water consumption is reduced thanks to the implementation of an on-line working tank and off-line storage tanks. Dilution is achieved through several static rinses without lengthening the line or requiring successive draining operations. Rinsing is carried out by spraying, with an optional initial misting phase followed by repotting onto the original bath. We filed a patent for this project in October 2022. This process will allow companies in this sector to significantly reduce their water consumption. We are currently in the industrialization phase.
